VibTrak™ Software

Our VibTrak software provides remote chamber control, monitoring, data management and spectrum analysis of vibration data from one PC. This software is ideal for use with a benchtop vibration table that is inside a temperature/humidity chamber for dual temperature and vibration testing and is also ideal for monitoring and controlling HALT HASS test chambers.

Software allows users to remotely monitor and control CSZ's TCB vibration table, environmental chamber and HALT & HASS chambers. Control the CSZ environmental chamber in combination with a CSZ benchtop vibration table in the same profile.

  • Manually turn on and off the chamber events.
  • Easily create and run profiles from PC. Autostart profiles on a specific date and time.
  • Profile status screen provides detailed information including the stop date and time.
  • Export a profile to USB flash drive with the ability to emport the profile to the EZT controller.
  • Datalog chamber information and export a .txt file for easy integration in Excel.
  • Virtually unlimited number of temperature and vibration monitor inputs with optional hardware.
  • Chart the control and monitor loops that are installed on the chamber. Customizable to any scale or date/time range with ability to save figuration.
  • Save real time trend graphs as a PNG image file.
  • Alarm monitor view and acknowledgement.


Spectrum analyzer easily generates spectrum analysis data and PSD curves with optional signal conditioning hardware. Features include:
